Terms Return Policy

Return Policy: Recipient's responsibility upon receipt

The customer is obliged during the receipt and before signing for it, to carefully check the integrity of the package, and in case there are obvious signs of discomfort, he is entitled to refuse the receipt and return the parcel to the distributor on the grounds of possible damage during transport . In case of unconditional receipt of the parcel, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition and the recipient loses any right of return and claim replacement or repair for damage caused by the fault of the distributor.

Return Policy charged by the COMPANY

Prerequisites:

  1. In all cases in which other than the sold are delivered, by type or quantity.
  2. In case during the delivery the item has damaged packaging, completely or for the most part.
  3. In case it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect (if this is confirmed by the COMPANY) or lack of quality, which quality has previously been agreed in writing with the COMPANY.

Terms:

  1. In case of damaged packaging, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning and request its replacement, after consultation with the COMPANY.
  2. The customer is obliged immediately after receipt, to unpack and check the products and in case any of the above conditions is met, he is entitled to notify the COMPANY within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the item and in case of its expiration within this period loses all relevant rights. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right of replacement under this term is dismissed.
  3. For all cases the return of the product to be replaced should be done in the condition received by the customer, together with all the documents in the case of the Individual (Retail Sale) that accompanied the product or with a Shipping Card of the customer to the COMPANY in in the case of Wholesale, and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect found later in delivery and the packaging does not exist or also in the case of a product whose packaging was received by distributors upon delivery of the item).
  4. In case of return of the products depending on the case and at the discretion of the COMPANY, repair or replacement will take place, otherwise cancellation of the transaction if the customer legally rejects the two previous ones, provided that the products have been previously received and checked by COMPANY, in case of cancellation, the refund to the customer will be made in the same way as their payment was made by the COMPANY. In particular, in case of debit by credit card the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with the customer without the relevant responsibility of the COMPANY .
  5. In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the COMPANY has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offset of this claim against the customer's.

Return Policy with customer charge

Product returns, in addition to the above, are accepted only in the event of a technical problem with the product sold and this is covered by the accompanying official warranty of the COMPANY.

Terms:

  3. Depending on the case and at the discretion of the COMPANY, repair or replacement will be carried out, provided that they have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY if they are products or by the respective supplier if they are goods.
  4. In case it is determined that the customer is to blame for the technical problem, the COMPANY has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the damage suffered in potential, transport or other means and to proceed unilaterally and without on the other hand at a charge to the customer.

Return Policy: Right of withdrawal

From the initial submission of the order until the receipt, and in fact when there are many in the same order from the delivery of the last one, while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale.

This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received and without unpacking it, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and the its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item and only if the return has been completed within 14 calendar days from the day during which the customer notified the withdrawal.

The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and the COMPANY is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it. Following the statement of withdrawal, the COMPANY is obliged to return any price it may have received. Return Policy: Exceptions

According to the Company's Return Policy and in accordance with the regulations of the European Union, the following are excluded:

  1. Products that are not suitable for return, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as consumables for fastening, maintenance, etc.
  2. Products of special dimensions, constructions and / or characteristics, which were manufactured with the prior explicit consent of the customer and with his recognition that he will lose the right of withdrawal as soon as the contract is fully executed by the supplier, such as frames, screens etc. .
  3. Goods that do not belong to any of the categories of stock maintenance of the COMPANY and were ordered exclusively for the completion of the customer's order.
  4. Service contracts after the full provision of the service, if the execution started with the prior explicit consent of the customer and with his acknowledgment that he will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully executed by the supplier, such as measurement, installation etc. .
  5. Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier with a view to carrying out emergency repairs or performing maintenance work. If, in the event of such a visit, the Supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the Consumer or goods other than compulsorily used spare parts during maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to such additional services or goods.
