Our goal is the most economical and fastest possible Execution, Shipping and Delivery of your order. For this reason we have chosen and we suggest you alternative shipping methods in order for you to choose the one that serves you best.
Orders are processed within eight working hours (9:00 - 17:00) and Saturday (9:00 - 14:00), except Sundays and holidays. Orders that include products ordered by suppliers (marked "Expected soon" or "Upon order") are sent immediately after the collection of all products in the company's central warehouses. Partial shipment of individual products of an order is not excluded, as long as this is agreed with the customer. The itineraries are set unilaterally by the COMPANY and are notified to the customer. The products and services to be delivered after the sale are sent to the address and the recipient that the customer has stated during the submission of his order, which has been accepted by the COMPANY.
Special rules for heavy and / or bulky packages
Delivery of heavy and large parcels, wherever the delivery takes place, even in an area within the Distribution Network or the Storage Network of the COMPANY, takes place on the ground floor of the address stated in the order. If the customer wishes to transfer the item to a floor above the ground floor then he must inform the COMPANY and the relevant costs will be borne.
Right to reject product order on behalf of the COMPANY
The COMPANY is entitled to reject and not accept orders for products and / or service contracts in which:
- The customer defines as a place of delivery of products an area outside the coverage areas of the selected Shipping method.
- The customer designates as a place of execution of services an area outside the coverage areas of the Service Provider Network.
- The whole order is large in weight and / or in volume parcel / parcels.
Instead, it is obliged to accept such an order if the customer accepts an alternative Shipping method that the parties will agree on in writing.
The COMPANY provides the customer with the possibility of receiving the products and services sold through the online store, when they are available, from the physical store maintained by the COMPANY or from the collaborating Storage Network.
- Collection from the Store
The customer is informed by phone that his order has been prepared and can come to the Store to receive it. Within a reasonable period of time which can not exceed 5 working days and within operating hours from the date of informing the customer, he must receive his order.
- Collection from the Storage Network (Athens-Thessaloniki)
The customer is informed by phone that his order is available as well as the opening hours of the warehouse. Within a maximum of 3 working days and within operating hours from the date of informing the customer, he is obliged to receive his order.
The receipt in each case is made by the person mentioned in the order as the recipient by presenting his / her police ID or passport or in general a public document suitable for the proof of identity.
In case the customer does not arrive to receive his order during the above mentioned years, then the order is automatically canceled, subject to the dissolution of the above deadline by the customer fulfilling his obligations. Extension of the deadline is possible only for reasons of force majeure, provided that they are notified in a timely manner by the customer and any costs incurred in writing for the storage and safekeeping of his order are accepted in writing. In case of cancellation, the COMPANY is not liable for this reason.
Deliveries within the Distribution Network of the COMPANY
The products and services to be delivered after the order are sent to the address and the recipient that the customer has declared during the submission of his order, which has been accepted by the COMPANY. The COMPANY freely chooses the means of delivery and notifies them to the customer by e-mail which can be confirmed and by telephone if necessary, as well as the shipping cost if there is a delivery time.
Deliveries to other areas
In case the customer specifies in the order to be transmitted, a place of delivery outside the areas mentioned above, the COMPANY is entitled to assign the transport of the products to:
- Courier Company
Courier is the fastest way to send your order, as delivery is completed the next day from the date of shipment. Exceptionally, in cases of shipment of products to remote or inaccessible areas (remote or island areas), the delivery can take place after this deadline and will be charged at an additional cost, but the COMPANY is obliged to inform upon acceptance of the order in writing the customer for late delivery due to this reason. The choice of the courier company is exclusively at the discretion of the COMPANY.
- Transportation Companies
The customer will be informed about the assignment of the transfer to a third carrier when submitting his order, followed by immediate written consultation (by e-mail) which can be confirmed by telephone if necessary, without any additional charge by the COMPANY. for the shipment of the item, except for the charges that will be imposed by the selected transport company.
In any case of transfer and delivery of orders from a third party and not from privately owned means of transport of the COMPANY, the risk from the sale in the case of transfer with an authorized third party carrier, passes to the buyer at the time of delivery of the goods sold by the carrier.
